How to Prepare Paper Presentation

One of the author(s) is expected to present their paper(s) before the symposium. Three types of presenting devices are available in the symposium rooms: computer projector, overhead projector (OHP) and VHS video (NTSC only).

Computer projector

To use the computer projector you are requested to bring your personal computer. Without your PC you cannnot use the computer projector. The model name is Nippon Avionics MP-450. The detail of this projector can be found in the web at;

Please visit the web and confirm the connection. This projector also has the capability of projecting the written paper to screen (only opaque paper).

Each projector is connected by the multiplexer switch; Yazaki CT-S08-S. This multiplexer can connect up to eight computers to the projector and one of them is selected to the projetor. The details can be seen in the Yazaki web, but it is only in Japanese,

The test projector is available near the registration desk. All the presenter is expected to test your computer to connect to the projector. Someone will help you to connect your computer to the projector.

Overhead projector (OHP)

Overhead projetor is also available. You may use the transperency for the optical projector or opaque paper for the computer projector MP-450.

VHS video (NTSC only)

VHS video is also available. However we only prepare the NTSC type. You should carefully check your video type. The PAL system is not available. It is recommended to use Media Player in your PC through PC projecotor MP-450.
