General Information

The accepted author(s) should prepare the final manuscript according to the instruction. The manuscript should be prepared in English. All the paper should be type-written in camera-ready form and the printed paper should be mailed to the general chairman:

Registration

One of the author or presenter should pre-register to the symposium, before May 31, 2002. Without pre-registration the paper will be rejected from the symposium committee. The registration fee for the author is 40,000 yen. The author who submitted more than two papers should pay 15,000 yen for each additional paper. The length of the paper is limited within 6 pages. If your paper exceeds 6 pages, you should pay extra page charge 5,000 yen for each additional pages.

How to prepare the final paper

You should prepare the final paper following the instruction indicated in the instruction document below. Please down lord and follow the instruction. You need to submit five items: the printed original manuscript, one copy of the paper, the copyright transfer form, author's biography information and author's return item check list. Again the author or presenter is expected to pre-register to the symposium using the separate form which can be found in Registration/Hotel in this web.

The Program Committee reserves the right to reject any final manuscript if its quality is not acceptable. If this should occur, the authors will be notified and their registration fees will be refunded.
